2. The Contest start date is Monday May 10, 2010 at 12:00:01 a.m. Contest closes at 12:00 midnight (Atlantic Time), on, Saturday June 19, 2010 (the “Contest Closing Date”).

3.  To enter, visit any participating PEILCC location as listed on www.peilcc.ca and purchase a wine produced in California and complete the entry ballot and enter it in to the specially identified ballot box; Only one ballot per purchase that includes one or more California wines.

4.  To obtain a PEILCC Festival of Wines entry ballot without purchase or obligation ("No-Purchase Entry") submit a self addressed stamped envelope to Festival of Wines Ballot c/o PEI Liquor Control Commission, P.O. Box 967, 3 GarfieldStreet, Charlottetown, PEI, C1A 7M4.  (See the Wine Contest Ballots below).

5.  There is a limit of one no-purchase entry per person per day and a self-addressed stamped envelope must accompany each request. 

6.  No-Purchase entries must be requested prior to the Contest Close date.  

7. The winner will receive; return airfare for two from Charlottetown to San Francisco, hotel accommodation for 5 nights and $1,000 spending money. 

8.  Some date restrictions and blackout periods may apply. 

9.  Prizes must be accepted on an “as is”basis. No substitution prizes will be awarded. 

10.  Prize is not transferable or otherwise redeemable for cash.
